Vinyl4 Hobby Vinyl Cutter Stand Assemble Steps and Vinyl Cutter Installation Process

If you've just acquired a new Vinyl Cutter, congratulations! Now, before you dive into creating stunning designs, let's ensure your equipment is properly set up for optimal performance. Unpacking and assembling your Vinyl Cutting Machine stand might seem daunting at first, but with our step-by-step guide, you'll have it up and running in no time.

AM.CO.ZA sells a wide range of Vinyl Cutters, such as Basic Vinyl Cutters, Semi-Automatic Vinyl Cutters, Fully-Automatic Vinyl Cutters, Label Cutters and Screen Film Cutters.

Unpack Your Vinyl Cutter Stand: Carefully remove your vinyl cutter stand from its box. Take note of the protective wrapping securing the head. It's essential to leave this wrapping intact until the installation process is complete.

Organize Your Accessories: Inside the accessories box, you'll find a packet containing all the necessary screws for installation. Take a moment to unpack and organize these components for easy access during assembly.

Prepare the Components: Lay out all the components required for assembling the stand. This includes the feet, take-up roller arms, cross-section, wheels, screws, legs, and take-up roller bars. Divide the screws into groups to streamline the process.

Attach the Feet and Legs: Begin by attaching the feet to the legs. Ensure the ripped side of the feet faces the floor. Secure the legs onto the feet using the provided long screws. Tighten all four screws to secure the legs firmly in place.

Secure the Cross-Section: Use the small screws, sleeves, and covers to secure the cross-section to the stand legs. Insert the screws through the plastic sleeves and attach them to the legs, ensuring the cross-section is properly aligned. Repeat this process for the other leg.

Attach the Take-Up Roller Arms: Use stainless steel screws and sleeves to secure the take-up roller arms to the stand. Follow the markings to identify the right and left sides. Press the screws through the arms and screw them into the holes on the stand legs. Hand tighten initially and then secure them firmly.

Install the Wheels: Turn the stand upside down and install the wheels into the provided holes. Apply pressure to ensure a snug fit. Two wheels should be fitted per foot. Once installed, flip the stand upright.

Insert the Take-Up Roller Bars: Place the take-up roller bars into the arms. Ensure they are positioned on the same side as the white side of the cross-section to determine the back of the stand.

Mount the Vinyl Cutter: Insert the plastic feet of the vinyl cutter into the holes at the top of the stand legs. Remove the protective wrapping from the head.

Final Adjustments and Locking: Once everything is in place, make any necessary final adjustments and ensure all components are securely fastened. Lock the wheels to stabilize the stand.

Congratulations! Your Vinyl Cutting Machine stand is now installed and ready for use. Move your cutter to your desired location, and don't forget to watch the accompanying training video for additional guidance on using your new machine effectively. Happy crafting!
