Generate G-Code of 2D Artwork for EasyRoute Express CNC Router, NC File Loading Steps
The EasyRoute from AM.CO.ZA is an amazing CNC Router for all your CNC routing needs. In this video, we show you how to work with 2D Artwork.
We start by loading the artwork in Coraldraw. Once we have done this we are going to enable our Router Cam plug, the software we will use to generate the G-Code. We do this by setting the tools under the menu. Here we can select the type of routing that we will be doing. We choose the type of drillbit that we will be using as well.
We are now ready to use the controller of the EasyRoute CNC Router. We click on the menu button, then select file management, internal files, load file and scroll down until we find the correct file for the job
We now need to set our X, Y and Z Axes. For Z, we use the toolpresetter to get the right height. We are now ready to cut by pressing play and enter on the controller.
