When it comes to the shape of objects that can be screen printed on, it used to be that curved items were a no-go. That is until AM.CO.ZA offered their Curved-Surface Screen Printer, the ScreenMaster Bottle-Lite and the ScreenMaster Bottle-Pro Screen Printers, which AM.CO.ZA is proud to sell. A Curved Surface Screen Printer, lets you screen print on cylindrical and conical products in various sizes such as bottles, mugs and more! Not being limited to only flat objects, lets you expand your business to screen print on more products! Just another way AM.CO.ZA helps businesses grow and achieve more!
In this video, we share with you how to assemble the 1700mm ScreenMaster Bottle-Lite Screen Printer.
To assemble the ScreenMaster Bottle-Lite 170mm, we start with the parts and identify them. Start with the base plate and place it on a flat surface. The rib support structure goes at the back of the base plate. First you have to move the stopper plate, before the rib support structure is attached using the provided screws. At the front of the base plate, the extra slider must be moved to the front. Remove the two nuts, and move the slider to the front and tighten the nuts. The stopper plate can then be attached to the base plate. Slide the other sliders on the side of the unit to the middle and mount the support arm. Next the working unit must be placed in the middle of the base plate. Remove the wing nuts from the movable mounts on either side, and slip the working units bar into place, and attach the movable mounts. The frame can be mounted and locked down by hand. Next slide the handle onto the front of the frame and tighten in place. At the front of the working unit, the wooden squeegee can be attached. Your ScreenMaster Bottle-Lite 170mm is now assembled!
