Fix Ink Overspray by Adjust Printhead Closer to Media (Less Than 2mm, About R2 Coin Thickness)

In this video, we show you how to fix ink overspray, by adjusting the printhead to be closer to the material. But firstly, what is ink overspray?

If you take a look that the space between the head and the material, if the space is too high, it will cause overspray.

To fix this, we use a spacer, which AM.CO.ZA sells, to get the spacing right. Start by placing the spacer between the head and the material. Then loosen some screws on the head, as shown in the video, then lower the head onto the spacer. Now tighten the screws and remove the spacer. Now you are left with a smaller space, and this will remove the chances of overspray. After this, you will need to adjust your alignment and do a test print. No overspray, no ghosting, only quality printing.
