LaserMaster Laser Welding (AccuWeld) and Laser Cleaning (RustOff) Control Interface Functions
Previously we shared with you the New 1500W LaserMaster, which uses laser technology for cutting, welding, and laser cleaning your machinery. Today AM.CO.ZA proudly presents a higher-powered version of this machine, the 2000W LaserMaster. Just like the 1500W, the 2000W LaserMaster serves the purpose of 3 machines, so instead of buying three separate machines, you can buy one and save money.
In today’s video, we take you through a comparison between the 1500W and the 2000W, how to install the machine, the function and the parameters involved.
What are the differences between the two machines?
The physical size is the same, though there is roughly 5KG of weight difference between the 2000W LaserMaster and the 1500W LasterMaster, with the 2000W being heavier. The torch for cleaning, has the same length and output for both machines.
The main difference is obviously the power of the machines. The power supply of the 1500W (1.5kW) uses Single phase power, but you will need an AMP with a min of 40A. With the 2000W (2kW), you are using Three phase power, to handle more power so that you don’t trip the power. Some households have Three phase power, but most industrial warehouses should support Three phase.
The menu for both machines is also the same but the 2000W will let you choose from 1000W to 2000W Laser Power options.
How to use the interface?
The touchscreen interface makes it super easy to set parameters suited for the job at hand. Click on the below image to see how easy it is to adjust settings using the interface located on the LaserMaster.
To switch between welding or cleaning, simply change the torch attached and then using the interface, change the mode.
