Neon fluorescent inks are fun to use as they are so luminous! They are exceptional for that large order of t-shirts meant for a neon party.
Theoretically, these this ink works by taking in Ultraviolet light and then gives off the light to be seen in bare sight.
This type of ink works well when used against a white background (e.g. white t-shirt or white vinyl paper). It projects and reflects the neon colours well.
