#SortIT, What is the UV Upgrade Kit for FastCOLOUR ONE Large Format Printer, LED-UV Lamps and Chiller Explained
AM’s FastCOLOUR ONE printer has been constructed with components that are in harmony with the UV ink but that can also be used with other inking systems with the likes of the ECO-Solvent ink-by default. The FastCOLOUR ONE can be upgraded for UV printing by installing Advanced Machinery’s new LED UV lamp and chiller “Upgrade Kit”.
The Procedure:
The kit gives off water right into the LED lamps by way of water pipes. The LED lamps are guarded by the power from the chiller. The LED Lamps are secured to the sides of the printhead. The controlled power supply is then connected and the water pipes are secured right in place. In order to complete the water cycle. A bridge water pipe is fitted between the 2 LED lamps and the printer is now a fully functional UV printer and ready for you to use.
