Heatware 9-in-1 Combo Heat Press Function Explained, Mini Series Part 2 Bottom Part, Cap Press, Shoe Press
This is the heatware multi function heat press from am.co.za. The full package has amazing 9 function, In this mini series, we have 3 videos that talk about these functions.
This is the second video in which we talk about the functions by replacement of the bottom part.
If you haven't watched the first part, that introduces functions by replacement of the top part, you can find it youtube by search for achievement matters videos.
Here is the default setup, the t-shirt press, heating element on top and supporting flat surface at the bottom.
You can swing the top heating element away, and place T shirt here for press. The press is achieved by way of the press handle, and the top crank wheel is to adjust pressure.
Now lets swing the top heating element to the side,and locate the wing nuts. Loosen them, and remove the support structure for the flat press.
Here is the shoe press attachment,
To place it - push the holes through the threaded bars, and then lock with the wingnuts. plug this cable into main control unit, it provides power to heating element as well as the get feedback of current temperature from integreated heat sensor - and the shoe press is ready for operation.
This shoe press allows you to press 2 pairs of shoes at a time.
Slide the shoes on as though fitting them onto a foot. Secure in place, and press.
If you need to press both sides of the shoe, you will need to press twice.
The shoe press is for you to press on the sides of the shoe. But what if you wanted the press the front piece of the shoe?
The solution is to use plate press, check the first video about how to use plate press.
Now lets move on to the hat press. In the previous video, we showed you how to put the heating element on top, lets put in on again, like this.
Then the bottom. We need to place this supporting structure to provide the curved surface that matches the heating element shape.
To do this, remove the wingnuts and remove the attachment currently at the bottom, then place this hat press support at the center, and lock it with the wingnuts.
Make sure that it matches the heating elements on top.
Now you can put a hat here and press like this.
