Operation Guide for Heatware Hobby Automatic Mug Heat Press, One Button Simple Auto Press

Let’s walk through one of our most popular machines—the Heatware Hobby Automatic Mug Heat Press. It’s perfect for 320 ml mugs, like the standard ones you’d find in most homes or offices, and it makes the whole sublimation process quick and easy.

Getting Ready

Before you start, grab your thermal tape. This is the special heat-resistant tape that keeps your design in place while pressing.

Here’s how to set up:

Plug it in – Connect the press to power.
Switch it on – Hit the power button and let it heat up. It’ll reach 200 °C.
Watch for the green light – When it’s green, you’re good to go.

Pressing the Mug

Pop your prepared mug into the press. It will close automatically and start the countdown—you’ll see the lights blinking as it works. As the press gets closer to finishing, the blinking speeds up.

When the last light turns on, the press opens on its own, and your mug is done.

A Quick Safety Tip

The mug will be very hot when you take it out. Don’t peel the print off right away—you could burn yourself. Let it cool for a bit on a safe surface, then remove the transfer to reveal your design.

All Done

Once it’s cooled, you’ll see your print looking crisp, bright, and professional.

If you’d like to try it out or see it in action, drop by our showroom or give our sales team a call @ 060 600 6000. This machine makes creating custom mugs as simple as it gets.
