� Step 1: Get Your Design Ready in Illustrator
Pop open Adobe Illustrator and start a new project. Set it to 300 DPI and match the size to your printer—like, for the 1-inch model, you’re looking at a max height of 2.5 cm.
Here’s how to whip up a design:

Play around with Illustrator’s AI Vector Generator. Just type a quick prompt to get something cool going.
Keep it simple with a single-colour silhouette since this printer doesn’t do fancy multicolour stuff.
Avoid anything with grayscale or shadows—bold, solid shapes are the way to go.
Want text? Add it, but make sure to “outline” it so the printer doesn’t get confused:Highlight your text.
Right-click and select “Create Outlines.”

� Step 2: Save Your Image Like a Pro
When your design’s looking good:

Select it in Illustrator.
Head to File > Export > Export As.
Choose PNG as the format.
Crank the resolution to 300 PPI for that sharp, clean look.

On the 1/2-inch model, switch nozzles first:Go to Settings (look for the cogwheel) > Printer > Nozzle Selection, and flip between Left and Right.
Still streaky? Grab some AM.CO.ZA Optical Wipes and gently clean the nozzle with light pressure.
If the ink’s really caked on, UV Wipes can help, but go easy—they’re strong and can wear down the nozzle if you overuse them.
