Unpacking the Heat Press

Dismantle the Box: Use a spanner or an electric drill with a flat screwdriver to dismantle the packaging.
Locate the Parts: The parts are placed at the bottom of the box, so unpack them carefully.
Remove the Main Unit: Lift the main unit off the bottom section of the box using leverage for easier handling.

Installing the Wheels and Feet

Attach the Wheels:Secure the wheels to the base, ensuring the lockable wheels are installed at the front.
Hand-tighten all screws first, then fully secure them using a spanner.
Install the Feet:Attach the feet between the wheels.
Keep them slightly shorter than the wheels for now.

Positioning the Heat Press

Carefully slide the main unit off the box and place it in a suitable location.
Lock the front wheels to secure the machine in place.

Assembling the Table and Stand Unit
Attach the Table:Unscrew the pre-installed screws on the main unit.

Fit the table into position and secure it using the screws.
Assemble the Stand Unit:Screw the feet onto either side of the stand.
Position the stand under the table and hand-tighten the screws before securing them with a spanner.
Strengthen the Assembly:Attach the side brackets to reinforce the table-stand combination.

Installing the Front Take-Up Rollers
Attach Side Panels: Secure the side panels for the front take-up rollers onto the table stand.

Install the D-Roller:Remove the safety tape from the top of the D-roller.

Insert the roller, ensuring it is properly aligned.

Installing the Motor Bracket
Position the motor bracket in the centre of the table on both sides.

This will be completed later in the assembly process.

Assembling the Top Take-Up System
Install the Take-Up Motor:Attach the take-up motor on the right side (viewed from the back).

Install its corresponding bracket on the left side.
Insert Double Take-Up Rollers:First, insert the right side, then the left, before securing them in place.
Tighten all screws with an Allen key.
Install the Top Front Roller:Position the roller, close the bracket, and tighten the screws on both sides.
Attach the Bottom Take-Up Roller:Slot the roller in place.
Use the tensioners for easy movement initially, then tighten them.

Finalizing the Assembly
Stabilize the Machine:Install stabilizing rods in the front.

Attach the side panels for the rear take-up rollers.
Fit the Remaining Take-Up Rollers:Secure the left tensioner and its corresponding right bracket.
Install the remaining take-up rollers at the back.
Complete the Motor Installation:Position the motor between the brackets.
Secure it using stainless steel cylinders (two per side).
Tighten everything with an Allen key.
Repeat the process for the second motor.
Connect the Motors:Insert the take-up roller without a cap into the motors in the middle of the table.
Plug in the power supply for the motors.

Final Touches
Attach the handles to all roller wheels.

Secure them in place using a screwdriver.
