Unbox and Setup 5W UV Laser LabelMark Laser Marking Machine include Chiller Installation
The latest innovation from AM.CO.ZA, the 5W UV laser Labelmark Laser Marking Machine, arrives in a quality carton box containing a complete set, including the main unit, a chiller, and a rotary lift. This video guide will walk you through the unboxing, setup, and installation of your new machine to ensure a smooth start.
Unboxing
Begin by unsealing the carton box using a screwdriver to lift the seals. Pliers can be helpful if needed. Once the seals are open, remove the lid and carefully take out all the packaging used for travel safety. Place all items on the floor and remove any plastic wrapping.
The contents of the box should include:
Height adjuster arm
Chiller and chiller tubes
Power supply for the chiller
Signal line cable for the chiller
Rotary unit and its power supply
Micro step driver and power supply cable
Clamp tools
Foot pedal
Toolkit
Main unit, which is pre-connected to the laser arm
The toolbox contains a set of Allen keys, a small ruler, extra screws, safety glasses, a USB stick, and a USB topc cable. At this stage, you can contact the technicians from am.co.za to assist with the installation setup. However, if you prefer to set up the machine yourself, follow the instructions below.
Setup Guide
Attach the Height Adjuster Arm:
Unscrew the four screws on the main unit.
Place the height adjuster arm where the screws were removed and tighten them securely.
Rotate the height adjustment arm to a comfortable height for working underneath it.
Secure the Laser Arm:
Unscrew the four screws on the laser arm.
Attach the laser arm to the height adjuster arm using the same screws.
Position and Connect the Chiller:
Find a suitable location for the chiller.
Connect the tubes as follows:
The tube with the one-way valve goes to the chiller outflow.
The other end of this tube connects to the machine inlet flow.
The machine's outlet flow tube connects to the chiller's inlet flow.
Plug in the power cable for the chiller.
Connect the cable marked "alarm" from the chiller to the main unit at the point labeled "signal line."
Connect the Micro Step Driver and Rotary Unit:
Plug the rotary unit into the micro step driver using the connection plug.
Connect the signal cable from the micro step driver to the main unit at the "rotary clamp" port.
Attach the foot pedal to the main unit.
Download the Driver and Software:
